Advice For Your Event

We are able to offer significant discounts for 501c3 non-profit organizations & neighborhood groups and can sometimes offer further discounts for educational arts related events. As part of our nonprofit mission, we partner with you to present the event and are able to subsidize/sponsor the cost by about 50%. We also offer 4 or more very low cost rentals per year to small startup nonprofits who are well organized and fit our mission.

Rates vary depending on the month, day of week, number of people attending, public or private event, food & drinks, event complexity, decor, AV & other equipment uses, and even how far out the event is scheduled.

Pricing really does vary but if you need some numbers now, here's a guide...

ONGOING Classes, Rehearsals & Meetings - contact us!
Approx $10-40/hr depending on the room size, day & time. Long term (4+ months) commitment typically required. Monday-Thursday all day & evening, Friday/Saturday daytime only due to events.

EVENT Rates (ESTIMATES)

Weekend Evenings: $400-1500 ($500-1000 is common)
Saturday Daytime: hourly fee varies, $100-250 for day long workshops
Sundays: generally not available
Weekday Evenings: $250-800 for one time events
Weekday Daytime: hourly fee varies, $75-200 for workshops

Individual rooms also sometimes available for rent...
Fireside Meeting Room (10 people) - 1st floor, adjacent to Kitchen
Medium Meeting Room (8 people) - 2nd floor
Kitchen - 1st floor (not all NSF yet but functional with induction stovetops)
Lobby (8 people) - 2nd floor
Typically there is a 2-3 hour minimum fee for meetings or small groups and must be scheduled around music classes which are held Monday-Thursday in the afternoons.

NOTE: Due to part time staff & educational priorities, we may not be able to respond to emails or calls in a timely manner depending on the time of year and our performance schedule.

Tours are truly the best way to get in touch and start the rental process but if you absolutely cannot make it by for a tour, fill out the form anyway and note your Event description there.
